Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand patients’ emotional, social, and financial needs during their detoxification process.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include both group and one-on-one counseling sessions focused on mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and adjustment to treatment.

• Coordinate post-discharge services by liaising with community organizations, ensuring that patients maintain a continuous support system after they leave our facility.

• Offer emotional support and educate patients and their families about treatment options, resources, and coping strategies to promote recovery.

• Engage in crisis intervention to provide immediate support and guidance to patients facing acute challenges.

• Document all interactions and interventions in compliance with hospital policies, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW in our Detox Center, you will primarily work with individuals who are undergoing substance withdrawal and facing complex psychosocial issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
