This position will be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while working from the comfort of your own home. As part of the Detox Center, you'll engage with clients via various digital platforms, utilizing teletherapy tools to deliver effective treatment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, unbiased psychosocial assessments of clients to develop a clear understanding of their unique mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and circumstances, ensuring a tailored approach to their care.

• Implement evidence-based therapies including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to facilitate client progress.

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and psychologists, promoting a holistic approach to integrated health and wellness.

• Monitor client reactions and progress through regular assessments, providing timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Assist medical teams with the management of psychotropic medications by emphasizing adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will largely focus on clients experiencing substance use disorders, many of whom are in transitions and require comprehensive psychosocial support to thrive. You will be instrumental in helping these individuals navigate personal challenges, understand their behavioral patterns, and cultivate skills essential for successful recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida.

• At least 1 year of experience working as an independently licensed therapist, specifically in mental health or addiction treatment settings.

• Experience applying various therapeutic modalities and treatments within a detoxification context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous base salary, employees are eligible for an annual incentive bonus, comprehensive benefit plans including health and dental insurance, a 401(K) plan with employer matching, and reimbursement for license renewal fees.
