Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to facilitate healing and resilience among clients.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with clients, clearly outlining goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical professionals, to ensure a cohesive approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to foster community and peer support among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals within a detox center setting, addressing a diverse range of mental health and substance use concerns. Clients will include adults and young adults experiencing challenges such as substance dependence, co-occurring mental health disorders, and situational crises. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
