Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support clients in overcoming issues related to substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Establish measurable goals in collaboration with clients and continuously adapt treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Document progress and maintain detailed treatment records, including progress notes and case reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support and connecting clients to vital resources in emergency situations.

• Stay current with developments in mental health practices and substance use treatment, participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals over 18 years of age who are seeking treatment for substance use disorders, often alongside mental health challenges such as depression, PTSD, and anxiety. Our client population is diverse, representing various backgrounds, and they often face numerous psychological challenges rooted in trauma and socio-economic factors. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
