Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique goals and needs.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, promoting community support among clients.

• Offering crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans when necessary.

• Maintaining organized, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with clients undergoing detoxification from substance misuse, which requires a deep understanding of both mental health and addiction-related issues. Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing various challenges, including psychological dual diagnoses and complex social circumstances. As such, your ability to apply empathy and develop rapport with clients is essential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of one year of experience working in mental health or an outpatient setting, with familiarity in a detox environment preferred.
