Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments virtually to identify each clients’ unique strengths, needs, and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, to clients dealing with substance use and mental health disorders.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and addiction specialists, to ensure integrated, comprehensive care tailored to client needs.

• Advocate actively for clients’ rights and facilitate access to crucial community resources, ensuring they receive the holistic support necessary for their recovery.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health records, adhering to compliance and quality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, particularly those in need of detoxification and recovery support. This role involves understanding the complexities of addiction, co-occurring mental illnesses, and the social factors impacting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, particularly in addiction or mental health settings.
