Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate and diagnose patients with a range of mental health conditions associated with substance use disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when required, demonstrating a calm and effective response to ensure patient safety and emotional support.

• Thoroughly document patient progress and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR), maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate holistic and integrated care for patients.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and staff meetings to discuss case studies and share best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
