Key Responsibilities\n

• Independently formulate psychosocial diagnoses for patients based on thorough assessments and an understanding of their unique situations.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to solution-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to engage clients effectively in their recovery process.

• Coordinate with fellow clinicians, psychologists, and primary care providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, addressing both mental and physical health needs.

• Monitor treatment responses and adjust interventions as necessary, systematically tracking patient progress through virtual sessions or face-to-face meetings.

• Support psychotropic medication management by providing insights into treatment adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating overall treatment effectiveness.
