Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility while ensuring that you can effectively support clients. You will engage with our team and clients virtually, with structured work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. While the primary schedule is during traditional business hours, some evening or weekend hours may be required based on client needs and scheduling availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients in the detox center, focusing on their specific mental health issues and recovery goals.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to case consultations and developing integrated treatment plans that prioritize the holistic needs of the client.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes clearly and accurately in compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Assist clients in navigating community resources and supports, including connections to housing, employment, and ongoing mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders within the detox center environment. You will engage with clients facing substance use challenges, assessing their mental health needs and providing compassionate care that addresses both immediate issues and long-term recovery plans. This role emphasizes empowerment and choice, helping clients to feel in control of their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, along with a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
