Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver person-centered clinical services through assessments, individual therapy, and group therapy targeted at clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Formulate and implement comprehensive care plans that address each client’s needs, ensuring linkages to appropriate services.

• Participate actively as a member of our clinical team, collaborating to achieve team goals and enhance service delivery across the detox center.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and, when necessary, arrange for further evaluation, ensuring a patient-focused approach throughout the process.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and support clients in moments of acute emotional distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety protocols.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and organizational standards.
\n
• Engage with families and caregivers by providing education and emotional support to foster a broader understanding of client needs and treatment pathways.
\n
• Ensure the safety of the clinical environment by identifying and addressing potential risks, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
\n
• Monitor client progress and engage in discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care post-treatment.
\n
• Actively participate in team meetings and committee activities to contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery.

This role is focused on supporting an at-risk population within a detox center, where clients often face complex challenges related to addiction, co-occurring disorders, and lack of resources. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW), with a current California LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
