Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health and substance use issues, facilitating the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused and strengths-based practices, to assist clients in overcoming personal challenges.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while effectively utilizing our record-keeping systems.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, coordinated care for patients.

• Lead case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to ensure high standards of care and continuous quality improvement.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
