Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique mental health, emotional, and social needs, establishing a comprehensive treatment groundwork.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Create and execute tailored treatment plans with clearly defined objectives that address clients' specific challenges while supervising treatment progression continuously.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic care, including regular consultations with psychiatrists and psychologists.

• Provide crisis intervention by assessing risk factors and formulating safety plans to support clients during peak distress.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups, enhancing clients' knowledge and coping mechanisms related to their mental health.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation in adherence to all ethical and legal standards, ensuring the accuracy of clients' treatment records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals navigating the complexities of addiction and mental health disorders. This diverse patient population spans various ages, backgrounds, and experiences, requiring tailored approaches to address their unique struggles and aspirations for recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
