Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your own home. You will be a part of a multidisciplinary team within our detox center, participating actively in a culture that prioritizes mental well-being and collaboration. Our work hours are structured from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts, promoting a sustainable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver psychotherapy to clients, addressing various mental health disorders ranging from anxiety to substance use issues.

• Coordinate and implement comprehensive behavioral health services, ensuring seamless collaboration with primary care providers and the broader healthcare team.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using electronic health records.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as required, ensuring prompt and respectful responses to clients in acute distress.

• Screen clients for substance abuse, providing counseling and referrals to appropriate support services for those requiring specialized care.

• Stay informed about local, state, and federal behavioral healthcare regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with individuals in a detox environment, catering to clients experiencing substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health issues. The focus will be on guiding these clients through their recovery process with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
