Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Providing therapy in various formats, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to severe depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, coupled with a valid LCSW designation in Illinois.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
