Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to gather critical information about clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources to inform treatment planning.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy tailored to our diverse clientele.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring specific therapeutic goals and interventions address each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals within the detox center to facilitate coordinated care and comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that empower clients and strengthen their recovery journey.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to address immediate client needs effectively and responsibly.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders, which often co-occur with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
