Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks essential for the mental wellness of our clients:

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish clear, measurable therapeutic goals, guiding them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client's history and current needs, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to their personal goals.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to best support their evolving needs and challenges.

• Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with colleagues and support staff, fostering a supportive team environment conducive to excellent patient care.

• Document all interactions and interventions through detailed progress notes and treatment summaries, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

This role focuses predominantly on clients experiencing a range of mental health issues following detoxification, including substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
