Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate dynamic counseling sessions, offering emotional support as clients navigate detoxification and recovery processes.

• Monitor clients’ ongoing progress through regular check-ins, adjusting care plans as necessary and documenting changes in condition.

• Utilize conflict resolution techniques to mediate between clients and their families, fostering open communication and cooperative care strategies.

• Educate clients and their families on community resources, encouraging participation in support groups and activities that promote social integration.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions, care plans, and treatment progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients facing substance use disorders who are seeking detoxification services. Our client population often encounters complex psychosocial challenges, requiring a high level of empathy, understanding, and expertise. Your ability to connect with clients, recognize their individual experiences, and promote pathways to recovery will be crucial in fostering their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
