Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to understand each patient’s unique situation.

• Work collaboratively with patients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in various settings including individual and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute distress, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with the tools to manage their well-being effectively.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver cohesive and coordinated care.

• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and adjust plans as necessary to optimize patient care.

• Stay current with best practices and emerging research in mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, you will need:

Compensation and Benefits\n
