Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and substance use challenges.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, client goals, and therapeutic progress.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions designed to address mental health concerns while promoting recovery in a detox setting.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Proactively engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed on emerging best practices and treatment methodologies in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Attractive salary range of $78,000 to $115,000 per year, contingent upon experience and caseload.
