Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to promote stability and recovery.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case reviews and team meetings, contributing to discussions aimed at advancing team objectives and improving client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on clients undergoing detoxification from substances, who may also exhibit symptoms of co-occurring mental illnesses. Our patients come from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures, requiring a social worker who is adaptable and culturally competent. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field; an MSW is preferred.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is mandatory.
