Key Responsibilities\n

As our LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients entering the detox program.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that emphasize solution-based interventions and evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Providing psychotherapy services utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support clients in their recovery journey.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in the treatment team to coordinate care and discuss clients’ progress during case consultations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
