Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify students' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse student populations.

• Facilitate consultations with school staff to develop strategies that address students' academic and emotional challenges.

• Design and implement outreach programs targeting mental health awareness within the school community.

• Participate in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops relevant to clinical practices.

• Perform crisis assessments and interventions, ensuring students' safety and well-being, and collaboratively assess suicidal concerns when necessary.

• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans, continuously evaluating and adjusting interventions as required.

• Document all client interactions diligently in compliance with legal and ethical standards and organizational protocols.

• Engage with parents and guardians to inform them of their child’s progress and involve them in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
