Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, notes, and treatment progress to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Schedule ongoing client appointments, manage your calendar efficiently, and ensure accessibility for clients who require additional support evening hours.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights, discuss case management strategies, and foster a supportive work culture focused on client recovery and well-being.

• Utilize our established billing service to handle claims and client accounts, allowing you to dedicate more time to therapy and less to paperwork.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy comprehensive compensation that reflects your skill level and contributions to our practice.
