Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, diagnosing mental health conditions as appropriate and gauging the effectiveness of ongoing care using established methods, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that honor cultural diversity and accommodate the unique needs of the patient population served.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions to monitor patient progress, ensuring effective strategies are applied to address mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports, and treatment records in compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

• Facilitate collaborative treatment planning sessions with patients and stakeholders to set achievable outcomes and agree upon care strategies.

• Identify and coordinate referral options, serving as a critical link between patients and external treatment providers.

• Actively participate in educational opportunities, offering mentorship and guidance to students, interns, andless experienced colleagues.

• Engage in peer reviews and clinical collaboration with supervision to foster continuous improvement within the team.
