This position is primarily remote but requires occasional visits to our outpatient office in Glen Burnie for team meetings or collaborative sessions. We maintain a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to balance your work-life commitments while engaging meaningfully with clients under your care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Roof Above, LLC, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify their unique needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on clinical evidence and client goals.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to create integrated care solutions for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continuing education to stay abreast of industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse client populations with varying backgrounds, including those dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Maryland.

Preferred Experience\n
