Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate couples therapy, helping partners navigate conflicts and improve communication for healthier relationships.

• Work collaboratively with families to help identify and resolve emotional and relational challenges affecting their dynamics.

• Develop, implement, and periodically assess individualized treatment plans grounded in clinical evidence and aligned with client goals.

• Perform assessments and diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing established screening tools and clinical judgment to inform treatment strategies.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic approach to client care, including referrals as necessary.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with company policies and state regulations, using our electronic health record system effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
