Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for your clients.

• Assess clients’ needs through detailed evaluations, applying therapeutic frameworks to identify presenting issues and set clear, personalized goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Document client progress meticulously, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain up-to-date and accurate records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage and collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive client care that meets a range of needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing relationship conflicts, families dealing with transitions, and clients managing mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, demonstrating a proven track record in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
