Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring a foundation of trust and open communication.

• Diagnose and assess mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations and client histories.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, taking into account their unique circumstances and histories.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic models relevant to client needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or family systems therapy.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care and refer clients to specialist services when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population within the community, including individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
