Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position; however, you will be part of a collaborative outpatient office environment that emphasizes teamwork and shared goals. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a stable schedule that promotes personal and professional growth. Your contributions will be integral to the clinical team, ensuring that we maintain a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in cooperation with clients, reflecting their unique goals, needs, and preferences.

• Utilize established evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in understanding and managing their challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to foster a supportive recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress and revise treatment plans as necessary based on evaluations and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and improve client outcomes.

• Stay current with the latest research in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic strategies and interventions.

Qualifications\n
