Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their needs, background, and goals.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized therapy treatment plans for clients, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, or family systems therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and treatment outcomes while adhering to confidentiality protocols.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families dealing with various issues such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma. You will address the unique needs of each client, applying culturally competent approaches to therapy. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• A valid and active LMFT license recognized in the state of Maryland.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
