Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to diagnose and evaluate patients’ mental health statuses.

• Create individualized treatment plans that account for the cultural diversity and specific needs of each patient, ensuring that they align with the anticipated goals of therapy.

• Monitor patients’ progress continually, employing interventions and strategies tailored to support their mental health diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of treatment, compliance with regulatory mandates, and organizational procedures, leveraging current technology.

• Facilitate collaboration between patients and significant others to develop effective treatment plans that address both objectives and support systems.

• Advance patient safety and symptom management through proactive interventions.

• Coordinate referral options and establish lasting relationships with other clinicians and treatment providers.
