Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, utilizing clinical tools to evaluate clients effectively and suggest appropriate care paths.

• Ensure all clients receive treatment that is tailored to their unique needs and circumstances, focusing on choice and empowerment throughout their recovery process.

• Participate in outcome assessments to ascertain the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work predominantly with clients navigating significant mental health challenges in a detox setting. Our patients often face dual diagnoses, including substance use disorders alongside chronic mental health issues. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating complex cases and supporting clients in their journey toward recovery in a compassionate and effective manner.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (required); valid LCSW licensure in New York.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a similar treatment setting.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
