Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Individual Counseling: Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions to help clients explore their emotions and develop personalized coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom may be experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or transitions to adulthood. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and experience in the field.
