Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs upon their admission to the detox center.

• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team, developing individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique situation.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to facilitate engagement and participation in recovery.

• Monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and responses to interventions.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health resources as well as support systems available during and after the detox process.

• Actively engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in addiction treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our detox center primarily focuses on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also present co-occurring mental health issues. As an LCSW, your work will involve supporting a diverse client base, including individuals from varying backgrounds and experiences. This position requires a deep understanding of the struggles associated with addiction, and the ability to approach each client with empathy and tailored strategies to foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• You must possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
