Work Environment\n

This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule based on the needs of our patients, with a workload of 40 hours per week. You will primarily engage with clients remotely via telehealth while also enjoying the option to provide in-person consultations at our modern outpatient office in Irvine. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status and diagnose conditions when necessary, utilizing evidence-based tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate cultural considerations and patient-specific needs, continually assessing and adjusting these plans as required.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, clinical reports, and all other relevant patient information in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to establish comprehensive treatment goals and strategies that promote positive patient outcomes.

• Facilitate patient education and advocate for their respective treatment pathways, connecting them with needed resources and support services.

• Participate in peer review and clinical collaboration under supervision, contributing to the professional development of team members.

• Provide mentorship and supervision to students, interns, and new staff, enhancing the educational experience within our practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
