Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and professional experience to develop independent psychosocial diagnoses tailored to each patient.

• Collaborate with patients to create individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, including solution-focused treatment, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatments to foster patient engagement and progress.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to each patient's care, enhancing their overall treatment experience.

• Systematically track treatment progress and patient responses, whether in-person or via virtual visits, ensuring accountability and motivation toward achieving treatment objectives.

• Assist in monitoring psychotropic medication management as prescribed by medical providers, focusing on adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy to maximize patient safety and success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus eligibility.
