Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in-office and in community settings.

• Identify client needs and create tailored treatment plans to deliver brief, focused prevention and recovery services.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and screenings to understand client needs and arrange for more comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that each treatment approach is aligned with client goals and requests.
\n
• Monitor client progress and participate in crisis intervention situations as needed, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate support.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and to enhance overall service delivery.

• Maintain compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational code of conduct, ensuring a safe and respectful treatment environment.

• Participate in on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, addressing urgent client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
