Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and areas for growth, integrating this information into treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions aimed at promoting meaningful change in clients' lives.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure Integrated and holistic care for clients, discussing ongoing treatment progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, providing psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at equipping clients with tools for recovery.

• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, and collaborating on safety plans as situations arise, ensuring client safety remains a top priority.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all ethical and legal standards set forth by regulatory bodies.
