Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of clients.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy using a range of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients’ unique needs and align with their goals for mental health improvement.

• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including school professionals, psychiatrists, and psychologists, ensuring holistic and coordinated care for each client.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering community and shared learning among participants.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clinical notes are up-to-date and reflective of treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges ranging from mild anxiety to severe depression and trauma-related issues. Your expertise will enable you to connect with a diverse client base, including students from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges in their academic and personal lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
