Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and community resources.

• Employ therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care in treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include clear goals and interventions to facilitate progress.

• Coordinate care with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic approaches and continuity of treatment for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to support clients in distress.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation following ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and supportive group gatherings aimed at community building and shared recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospice center, you will predominantly work with individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
