Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients, providing mental health assessments, individual and group therapy sessions, and family support.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to determine client needs and facilitate appropriate referrals for further assessments.

• Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to enhance service delivery and address any arising client concerns.
