Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs and service options for children aged 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they align with the unique priorities of each family.
\n
• Monitor and document progress and outcomes, playing a vital role in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and recommendations.
\n
• Provide parenting support and coaching to families, utilizing evidence-based strategies and Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster child development.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of both clients and staff in our service delivery.

• Develop strong rapport with families, children, and colleagues to create a trusting and effective service environment.
\n
• Utilize adaptive techniques to cater to various learning styles and developmental needs, ensuring personalized approaches to care.

• Stay informed about best practices and trends in early intervention and actively contribute to ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children from birth to age three who exhibit developmental delays and their families. Your work will contribute to tangible outcomes that can significantly alter the developmental trajectory of these young lives. By providing early assessments and interventions, you will play a crucial role in empowering families and supporting their children’s growth across cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and communication domains.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.

• Valid driver’s license to enable travel for in-home visits, as needed.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention is essential.
