Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions for clients of varying age groups, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Utilize a comprehensive billing service that manages claims, client insurance accounts, benefit checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus more on direct patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, therapy notes, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Sustain an organized appointment schedule, ensuring regular follow-ups and continuity of care for all clients.

• Engage in ongoing consultations with colleagues to discuss cases and improve treatment methodologies, fostering a collegial and enriching work atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a generous compensation package, including:
