Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while supporting a Detox Center that provides essential care for individuals dealing with substance use. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs.
\n
• Participate actively in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, ensuring personalized care.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor outcomes and adapt strategies as needed to support each child's growth.
\n
• Provide essential support and resources to families to enhance their child's development and well-being.
\n
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and team members, fostering a welcoming environment.
\n
• Utilize natural learning environment practices and evidence-based strategies to guide children’s developmental progress.
\n
• Comply with all related state and federal regulations, ensuring safety and effectiveness in service delivery.
\n
• Document all findings and interventions according to agency protocols and maintain accurate records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily work with infants and toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays. Our focus is on helping these young individuals develop key physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills during their critical early years. Your role will be instrumental in empowering families with the knowledge and support necessary for fostering their child’s growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent; Doctorate in Social Work is an asset.

• Must hold an LCSW license through the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for potential home visits.
\n
• Proven ability to adapt to various learning styles to meet diverse needs in child development.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
