Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for a variety of clinical tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the psychological, emotional, and social needs of clients, and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices tailored to clients' needs.

• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA standards, ensuring quality care metrics are met.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s wellbeing are addressed.
\n
• Engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings regularly to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance within the treatment team.

• Providing psychoeducation and practical support to clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment processes, and available community resources.
\n
• Staying informed and applying the latest research in mental health to your clinical practice to enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health concerns. The clients may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. You will play a crucial role in their recovery by developing and maintaining trusting relationships that foster open communication and effective treatment pathways.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services.

• Proficient knowledge in solution-focused therapies and proven therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion in interactions with clients.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities necessary to tailor treatment based on client feedback and progression.

• Experience in team-oriented environments, promoting collaboration in service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, familiarity in telehealth practices, and knowledge of community resources to refer clients for additional support services are highly desirable. Previous involvement in settings that cater to underserved populations or crisis intervention is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
