Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring timely support and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic protocols.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools and knowledge to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and ongoing support.

• Conduct regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, making necessary adjustments to enhance client progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
