Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions for a diverse clientele, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, therapy notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with best practices and timely documentation.

• Leverage a specialized billing service to manage claims, insurance inquiries, and patient accounts, allowing you to concentrate fully on client care.

• Effectively schedule ongoing appointments, keeping an updated calendar while accommodating clients’ availability and therapeutic needs.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to share insights and improve treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of age groups and clinical presentations, including those seeking support in the detox process. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, coupled with performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive compensation that reflects your contributions to our team and our clients.
