Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that are central to the care of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working collaboratively with clients to establish clear, measurable goals aimed at navigating emotional difficulties such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Regularly tracking client progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving goals and out-of-therapy experiences.

• Documenting all aspects of client care through detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports to ensure continuity of care and compliance with professional standards.

• Engaging in crisis intervention and developing safety plans when situations arise that necessitate immediate support.

• Remaining informed about the latest evidence-based practices in mental health care, ensuring the incorporation of new methodologies into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on clients within a hospice center setting, working with individuals facing end-of-life challenges. You will be providing emotional and psychological support to patients, their families, and caregivers during this critical time, helping them navigate issues surrounding grief, loss, and existential concerns. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the hard work and dedication of our clinicians and offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
