Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments via telehealth to understand clients' strengths, challenges, and backgrounds.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, addressing a range of issues including grief, trauma, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients, discussing treatment progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them navigate the healthcare system and access necessary community resources and support services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment interactions, progress notes, and client outcomes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, adjusted according to your caseload and experience level.
