Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, needs, and mental health status using standardized tools and methodologies.

• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches tailored to individuals, families, and groups.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and community resource coordinators, to deliver integrated care that supports clients’ overall wellness.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to vital community resources, including housing, employment support, and educational programs, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering continuity of care.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance client treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is essential.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a strong background in mental health treatment.
